After earning his Associates Degree in Massage Therapy in 2006, licensed therapist Paul Jefferson sharpened his skills working with chiropractors, athletes, and corporations. Today, Paul is the owner and operator of Jefferson Family Massage, a freelance massage therapy business whose mission is to help clients escape the constant aches and physical limitations of chronic pain. Using modalities such as deep-tissue massage and trigger-point therapy, Paul targets specific problem areas of the body to alleviate muscle discomfort. He even performs sports massages that help athletes recover faster and improve flexibility.
