Great spot/instructor!

First time and I loved it’ will definitely be going back!

The two instructors I have had so far were well prepared, gave clear cues and many options within posing for the various levels in the room. However the woman at the front desk was rude, disrespectful and annoyed when I asked for help registering on the ipad before I took class and then she extremely accusatory after class, embarrassing me by calling out my name in front of other clients saying that I have two unpaid classes and asking how did I plan on paying for them. A professional would have politely asked me to come to the desk and then inquired. When I explained I had turned in a 20 class pass with a groupon yesterday, I asked how is that applied that to the two classes she curtly told me to wait while she took a phone call killing the vibe the lovely yoga class I just had. She is a terrible representation of the business and is why I knocked off two stars.

Yoga Synergy is a great place! The instructors are fantastic and the atmosphere is friendly. The facility is very clean and smells fresh.
