Lisa Troknya first fell in love with yoga in 2008, enjoying the detox feeling that comes with heated yoga sessions. When her husband moved his practice in 2009, Lisa thought it was the perfect time to open Yoga Synergy and dive into the discipline fully. At their yoga studio, the Troknya's and over a dozen other teachers lead amateurs and experts alike through several different sessions, ranging from relaxing meditative sessions to intense heated ones.
