It was only from returning students that we learned ariel yoga was the ideal start point. Half the class were brand new, the other half had attended over 9 months. Not the best experience and teacher failed to offer help, as one would expect to newbies. Rather, the level she exhibited by her own demonstrations, spectactular yes, only widened the gap leaving me even less likely to return. If you have newbies, get a teacher with the ability to encourage and provide hands-on assistance.
