Very customer oriented people. Low key, professional, friendly and thorough. Highly recommended!

They are the BEST. Go early to "play" with the frames I spent 45 minutes just trying on frames. No pressure no hype, just a tremendous amount of help from[people who want you to be happy. AND when I got to pick up my glasses they will spend the same amount of time .

The staff was friendly, but overall service was a big disappointment. They used a couple pieces of equipment to check my eyes, and that's all. I didn't even get to know the results yet, supposedly it will be sent to me when doctor checks the results given by computer and will email it to me. In other words, the doctor was not even there to see the patient, which does not make any sense. I acknowledge that technology may give a good estimate of one's vision, but In every place I've been before they would make you try on different lenses and make you read letters in the distance, ask you about how you feel, and find the best match. Apparently now it's too "labor intensive"...
