Once they were here, fantastic service. On time and very professional. However, I had to call/ email several time to get a hold of someone the day prior to figure out an arrival time. When the appointment was made they said they would call the day prior. Nobody made contact by 4:30, So I reached out. Unable to leave a message, it took several phone calls to reach someone. Reached someone around 7

I am beyond happy with the service, but I took a star off because I was told that the company would call the day before to confirm and give arrival window. This did not happen and it made the day of service more stressful than it needed to be.
