It was very difficult to get an appointment; it seemed very disorganized. I finally got an appointment and was early by 5 minutes. The esthetician walked out of the treatment room looked at me and smiled and went on with what she was doing. Another customer walks in shortly after I did, the esthetician walks back out from the treatment room and greets the customer... Long story short she double booked herself and then had audacity to reschedule me because she knew the other person. She came in to greet me and take my back to the treatment room, she didn't introduce herself or ask me what my facial concerns were. The treatment was great but then she tried to sell me a package while still getting my facial... I was really put off by the entire experience. The facial was great the little shoulder and head massage was okay.

Very nice lady, Sonbol. Talked me into a full facial for an extra $65 but the full facial took less than an hour. Would normally cost $175.
