Very low on menu selection & the only steak listed they had run out so choice was very minimal - what we did eat was tasty but I need variety

Our appetizer was good, the Margarita flatbread. We both ordered ribeyes prepared with the different toppings Cajun and Gorgonzola. We both ordered them cooked medium. They arrived looking beautifully but when we cut into them, they were both well done. The flavors were good, the vegetables were tasty also, I didn’t care for the potatoes but the dessert, tiramisu was delicious.
