One of the women working in the salon was ranting about how they were NEVER going to use Groupn again because the customers were cheap. She felt that if someone wanted a discount they should ask. The stylist working on my partial highlights did a decent job, but the color was slightly overprocessed.

The women were nice and the haircut was good. Only complaint is they were running more than 45 mins behind schedule with my appointment.

First of all this was given as a gift for my daughter, the first thing she was told was that the hard copy email voucher does not work and that she needed to download the app and sign in to my groupon for verification. The second thing before they started was that she had to pay an extra $40 (the voucher cost $58) for her thickness. They havent seen thick like mine, my daughter is a blond blue eye girl with normal hair! Totally outraged and we will never be back-rip off alert
