My boot camp class is awesome. I feel the burn and pain of getting back into shape. This is a great class to take and it is indoors, which is a bonus especially when it is raining and cold. So far, I am loving this class and I can feel and see myself getting stronger.

Sheila is a great instructor, the other bootcampers are extremely supportive and the class is a perfect mix of cardio and strength training. I highly recommend this bootcamp class!
