I purchased a groupon for 3 sessions of cryotherapy. I did go to 1st session, but it was more of a sports/football training facility and not really a place for "therapy". They had you put on a robe and shoes that others wear as well and leave the door open by the front desk. I showed 10 min early for 2nd appt and nobody was at desk. I walked around and called out and waited until 10 min after my scheduled appt...still nobody. There were some guys in back practicing football, but no one to help with front desk or cryotherapy. I did NOT return, nor will I. It's more like a sweaty locker room than a place for therapy. Very disappointed that I wasted my time and money.
