About Just Yoga Studio

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We currently offer 22 hot yoga classes per week. Each class is a beginning Hatha/Vinyasa mix with each instructor bringing her own style of teaching. Our quaint studio is heated to 90 degrees and our instructors are trained to guide you to listen to your body and it's amazing capabilities.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We offer hot yoga classes in our quaint studio and we encourage your decision to pursue the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of a regular yoga practice. Our studio is welcoming and our instructors and participants are supportive. Just Yoga is an experience, not just an exercise.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Just Yoga Studio is a collaboration of 4 amazing yogi's who desire to share our style of hot yoga with the East County community and to bring awareness to the vast benefits of a regular yoga practice. We believe everyone can and should do yoga. For Life.

What do you love most about your job?
Sharing the gifts of yoga with others is a gift in itself. People leave our studio feeling good about themselves, and proud of their choice to regularly practice hot yoga. We watch people transform all aspects of their lives and that is very rewarding. We love what we do and it loves us back!
