Colors on Parade, Cedar Park

Colors on Parade took a long time to confirm a visit to do my car. When we finally confirmed and after the individual finished with my car, I came to view the end result. The paint did not match at all - it was way darker than my actual color. It was so bad that it looked like I drew it on with a silver sharpie. I asked the individual to remove the paint as it looked worse touched up than it did before with the dings. He removed the paint and his boss, Loren, mentioned he would come out the next day to mix a better color. Loren called the next morning to say he was running late for our appointment. He said he didn't think he could match the color and that I should just request a refund. This is after I had already listed the Groupon as redeemed. Loren mentioned he would call Groupon to have it refunded to me and after following up with him twice, I have heard nothing. Overall with this groupon, it was difficult to get an appointment on the calendar - the service was not as described and the color did not match at all. I don't feel like they made a major attempt to match the color correctly. I would like a refund on this groupon given I got nothing in return.

They did a great job. Marty came and we went around my car finding all the spots. He took care of it in less than an hour. Great work, friendly guy. I will use them again for sure!
