I am elderly and have found a well spring of physical improvement through yoga. C Town serves my particular needs well. Slow Flow Yoga classes fit perfectly! There are many benefits to be found through Michelle, Laurie, Julie, and Stephanie’s classes. Here’s a thank you to them & C-Town!
