Hello, our business is now permanently closed. Groupon is aware of this and you will need to reach out to Groupon for any refunds.

No idea how to contact this business unless I make the hour drive there but when I used my Groupon with them back in September, I bought a hydro facial for $100. I’m unable to book it because the phone number doesn’t work and on Google it says “Permanently Closed”. Website says the same. Not sure what is going on here but I would like either my facial or my $100 returned. Greychars@outlook.com

This Groupon was set to expire April 2023. Was redeemed 12-20-22. Want a refund Did not visit today. Please credit.

I received a call from Revive360 that their IPL machine was down. I had purchased an IPL with a chemical peel. They offered an upgraded chemical peel. I wasn't happy about this, but they explained it was an upgrade. I went in and received the gyclolic chemical peel. I was told I would peel within 3-5 days. It did absolutely nothing! I contacted Revive 360 3 times. (One by phone and twice by text) I did not receive a response. I do not recommend this place. I want the IPL I paid for!

Lori, we provided you with a medical grade chemical peel as an exchange, in which you agreed. We also advised you that you could simply request a refund from Groupon for the IPL due to our machine needing maintenance, you chose the peel. We are sorry that you were not happy with the peel, it is very high quality, and medical grade.
