The administrative staff at CCS&D were unable to keep track of how many visits I had redeemed and how many I had remaining from the very start. I understand scheduling glitches and computer troubles, but the way it was handled was unacceptable. Front desk staff continued to speak to me as if I was trying to cheat their company and get more visits, implying I owed them more money and was lying about how many treatments I had received. I was made to break down in writing how many treatments I had received, pull out my calendar, use their calendar, and pull up the groupon website to defend myself and what services I had paid for and deserved to receive. They admitted to changing computer systems over the course of my treatment because the old one wasn't up to par, but still insisted I was mistaken rather than giving me the benefit of the doubt and assuming there may have been a computer error. Today was my final treatment and after much discussion about how I probably owe them more money, the service provider finally wrote it all out for herself (something I'd done twice before) and told me I don't owe anything, she just needed to break it all down. No kidding. I understand confusion, but the implications of my wrongdoing and having to argue to get the services I've paid for are unacceptable. I will never go back and I don't suggest anyone else give them their money either.
