Linda Brinkley Salon at Cirque Salon Studio, Charleston

I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon and will not recommend it to anyone. I paid for a Groupon for a shampoo, cut and blow dry and only received a dry cut that took the stylist all of 5 mins. She told me she was more comfortable cutting it dry so I of course did not insist on the shampoo as I was concerned she would not cut it well wet. I was also told when leaving that the cut I received would normally only cost $20, yet I paid $25 for the Groupon and was not offered any type of compensation, extra services or anything for the difference. I will never go back to this salon and will make sure to do more thorough research of companies before buying Groupons in the future.

When I called to book my appointment, the woman was so overwhelmed with calls that she didnt have time to speak to me. I tried again a few months later and she passed me off on someone else.

I would not pay the regular price for the cut that I received.

Linda didn't even show up! She was bitter about the large turnout she had from groupon customers and left another company to cut my hair, without even notifying me.
