I went for the cryotherapy treatment. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The treatment is really cold. The assistant was able to talk to me and get my mind off of how cold it was. I could not last the entire three minutes, but was close. They say the first treatment is a shocker and subsequent treatments may get easier. I'm looking forward to my next visit to the clinic.

Very odd to have the Cryotherapy chamber in the lobby that is exposed for any one to see you not only in your robe BUT can see your bare shoulders while in the chamber. Zero privacy other than a heavy curtain like material as you remove your clothing. I bought 3 sessions and am regretting the money spent. Wish I had only bought one! Vicky was great the other lady didn’t explain anything to me.
