Bed bugs-I would not recommend this hotel. My boyfriend and I drove to Ctl to celebrate his birthday. We checked in Dec, 7th & checked out later about 9pm, after finding a bed bug on my his slacks. We both had taken a shower & he was about to iron his slacks when we saw a bedbug on his slacks. We took pictures & he showed it to the front desk clerk who confirmed it was a bedbug, apologized, gave him the operating manager's business card & stated she would be back Monday. We packed our belongings & drove home. Once home, we left everything in the car, changed clothes at the front door to put in a plastic bag & left it outside. I had to buy bed bugs supplies and spray everything down. Monday I called & the front desk clerk told me they would relay the message to the operating manager, but would also give me a call back in 30 minutes which I never received. Tuesday I called & spoke with a different front desk clerk who said you can't see bedbugs, that it was probably a stink bug & I was told the operating manager was not there to call back tomorrow. So, I guess the pic below is not a bed bug. Thursday I emailed the operating manager & the company & as of today I have not received a phone call or a refund. A week is plenty of time to rectify the situation. Our celebration was ruined and this company is acting like they don't care.

The hotel was okay. My only complaint is the cleaning staff. I stayed 2 nights and my room was never cleaned. I even had to call the front desk twice for more towels and rags because we had ran out. Very disappointed in that, as I thought this was apart of their official job description.

The rooms where nice, no complaints there. Just don’t like that they put a $75 hold in your bank account that take 7 days to clear.
