They could not make appointments to fit in the timeframe they allotted for the Groupon and did not care about this fact. They stated you could come in and get an extension and then, when I did so, they would not give me the extension. I don't think it would have been a very good experience anyway...the place was small, cramped, and dirty and the staff quite rude. Definitely the worst Groupon-related experience I have ever had.

Don't expect a spa pedicure. The pedicure chair should be a massage chair, but it's more of a cheap padded chair with no massage. Not comfortable.

some of the display pieces were dusty.....which certainly isn't a dealbreaker but it is a detail that shouldn't go unnoticed.
