This was a gift for my Mom for Mother’s Day. No one on the property spoke English. To check her in for the massage they actually had to CALL SOMEONE AND HAND HER THE PHONE. She was supposed to receive a full body massage/ foot reflexology combo. Their version of foot reflexology included massaging for 3 minutes and smacking the bottom of it 2/3 times. Started timer as soon as she entered room.

Placed me with a male massage therapist rather than the female I requested. No private room—only curtains separating individual areas—so it was very difficult to fully relax. Did not give me opportunity to explain areas I did not want touched.

Hi. Kim. We have both female and male masseuses available but you did NOT requested when you scheduled the appointment. I was working on that day and checked you in when you arrived. On our iPad check-in system. You circled the area you would like to focus on and I also orally checked with you. We got your feedback after the session that you really enjoyed your massage. Not sure why you stated the different situation on this review. We have both private room and doors and without doors. And we take turns to use rooms but if you have any specific request, you can let us know when you schedule. Thank you.

I was working on that day and answered your phone and you did NOT request either one when you scheduled the appointment. If it was another receptionist checked you in and I would need time to look into it. But I checked you in when you arrived on our iPad check-in system( we have records on it).
