This was a fantastic experience. day 1 I was worried what I had gotten myself into, its great that they offered a 10 session package because it took that to really appreciate the true difference it made in my body and stress level! kudos to the team at 2690 yoga

I don't think it is healthy at all. Yes, you sweat but is it ok for your heart?

My Groupon was about to expire and I was leaving to go out of town. I stopped by to activate my Groupon and that would give me two months to use. The man behind the desk informed me in a tone that I needed to take a class to activate and it states that on my Groupon. I was not aware of this since I have done this before with other Groupons. He said he would hold my card "right here" that he had me fill out until tomorrow when I returned for a class. I left feellike I was being reprimanded by the principle😕 I thought the purpose of a Groupon was to try to get new customers into your facility to be potential new members not just collect the fee if it expires. Long story short, there are tons of yoga studios that are very welcoming and understanding, unfortunately this is not one of them. P.S. I live between 2690 and Sumits. I have not returned to 2690, I would recommend them visiting Sumits to learn the correct way to welcome guests.
