This place is amazing. I recommend it to anyone who is even thinking about yoga. It's was the most difficult thing but the most rewarding. Everyone is extremely encouraging and wonderful. If you are looking for a serious game changer, and a positive step in the new year, I would look no further than Bikram Yoga St. Louis.
