4-Star Top-Secret Chicago Hotel, Chicago

I spent the night at this hotel for my 30th Birthday. My girlfriends bought a bottle of champagne and chocolates to have sent up to my room. We never received either so they called again, the hotel apologized and said they would get someone to send them up right away. The next morning, we still had not received the bottle or chocolates that my friends had already paid for. When I went down to the front desk, they were unapologetic and stated no one had called to request this information. My firends were still charged for the bottle/chocloates.
