I will recommend this class to everyone. Michael Canady has great passion for his bussiness, great knowledge about ingredients and he loves to teach. I learn a lot from him and his technique. Great job, geat talent. A ++++++++.

I've taken Michael's gelato class twice, and found it both fun and interesting. Very hands on, lots of tasting, and through his conversational style of teaching, I learned enough to make excellent gelato at home. No problem to recommend this class!

Great gelato, horrible class. Teacher/Owner was unprepared and rude to his staff. I would not recommend this to anyone.
