The ballroom itself was okay, but the waiting line for coat check ins and check out, was over 45 minutes on both ends. We waited longer in coat line than being in the whole event. Horrible process. Finally when our turn came up, the coat clerk threw away our coat tickets, started servicing people who were cutting the line in front of everyone else, we waited and then became angered to argue for another 15 minutes just to find and get our coats back. We made pictures of our coat tickets, so if for not those pics, we probably would have waited another 45 minutes to to recover our coats. The management needs to reevaluate their coat check process and have additional staff on duty not just 2 girls for hundreds of people coming and going.
