I was disappointed in my experience because I felt like this experience did not match the description. Although the venue itself seemed cool, the chef who taught the class was too new to know how to adequately teach this class. I was disappointed because I felt like I had spent a lot of money for a cooking demonstration and not an instructional class. This experience was definitely not worth the money to me.
