"Garifuna" means the essence of the Caribbean where cultures from such distinct parts of the world as Central America and Africa had once been thrown into one pot, and in result created a unique blend of flavors. The unpretentious interior of the restaurant is in fact a gateway to an exciting journey to that world, where rice and beans, fried plantains, meaty stews, and seafood dishes are prepared with patience and a handful of exotic seasoning. Those are the signature qualities of the Belize cuisine mainly (though not exclusively) featured in the menu.
