Leopoldo (Dino) Taccogna is the owner of La Crosta Woodfire Pizzeria, which in his words came to being through the inspiration of the traditional Italian pizza craft. The process of hand-tossed pizza to order alongside hand-picked vegetables from local markets brings a little bit of Italy in the heart of Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood.

Pizza was good, but quite overpriced, as was everything on the menu. Also, it was very noisy.
