Martial arts helped Frank regain the confidence he lost when he was bullied as a child, and today at US Martial Arts he strives to help others in the same way. Kids and adults can choose from kickboxing, taekwondo, circuit training, and hapkido classes, which can not only help improve their reflexes and stamina, but also teach them self-defense techniques. The instructors' goal is to equip their students with skills useful both in and outside of the gym and give them a confidence boost.
