I have a SOFT TOOUCH GROUPON #97164742. HAVE USE only 2 washes of the 5 and now they tell me it's expired . Never did they expire any unused portions in the past . How do I get a refund for the unused portion . I've been using these voucher for 5+ years and never had this problem .

We are sorry that you are not happy of the new policy. However, you have 120 days from date of purchase. We see no reason why it can not be used within that period. It is not realistic to not have an expiration date. We do offer an inhouse special that does not expire. If you have questions or concerns please give Ben a call at 413-593-6553.
