Top Dog Removal Services, Chicopee

They arrived in a full box truck and obviously couldn't fit the 3 cubic yards as promised. They started saying "can't take this, that..." for items that were NOT listed as exclusions. Basically they took what they could fit rather than than the contracted amount. When I called Top Dog, the answering machine message said they were trying to straighten out their business problems and would not be taking any calls until Nov. 18, (many weeks away at that time). Thankfully Groupon worked with us. However we still have a pile of junk to get rid of! I would not recommend them. They are definitely NOT "top" dog!. Big mistake to go with them.

Pick up was not on scheduled day after I took the afternoon off to meet them. When they arrived the next day, they were rude and wanted more $$. They mentioned that I could keep my groupon certificate since they had missed their original appointment, but even after I reminded them twice they did not. However, they took all my junk after some argument, so I don't need to use them again. I would not recommend this company.

They work fast and efficient...

I called and left messages for 2 weeks without a call back. Finally made an appointment and they cancelled the day before . On the new date they were 3 hours late. The crew was her nice and professional. Cannot recommend this company.
