I was amazed to see the hidden stains that showed u[ with the 'blacklight". Chemdry was able to remove virtually all these hidden stains, primarily soap from removing other spills. The soap residue continues to stain. Highly recommend Chem -Dry for carpet cleaning.

The carpets were cleaned well however the tech made a dramatic production of getting in his hand and knees smelling the pet stains and launching back as though he just was bitten. It was unnecessary and an effort to upsell me on a $99/liter product.
