Limited days, only Tuesdays and Thursdays. Limited hours, only at 6:30pm. You might not even get a chance on throwing a punch on the bag because they'll start with the basics, stance and body posture. Whoever goes for one month expecting to get a foot in the door on how to punch, speed bag, learn the stance while doing so. I wouldn't recommend Bound Boxing for someone wants to learn how dodge a punch, punch back and self defense. Other than that the place is decent, friendly staff and good at teaching boxing.

Great family oriented gym. So far the teaching I have received has been very clear and the staff is very welcoming and nice.

You will receive personal training at an unbeatable price by professionals who will start you at your own pace. The workout is tough and well worth it. Facility is too clean for a boxing gym. I would definitely recommend it.

The Value is not a full 100 dollar value like the Groupon states that it is. The 100 dollar value allows you to visit the gym 5 days out of the week and go from 11am-4pm and 6:30-8 pm if you are an adult such as myself. I did not like this groupon because it does not state specificially prior to purchase that the groupon only allows the client to visit the gym a maximum of 3 days out of the week and only at the designated time slot of 6:30-8 pm. The gym also does not give instruction on the basics of boxing but is just treated as an open gym where the purchasee can use the gym to his/her leisure, how ever stated in the 100$ value the groupon does come with instruction.
