I had a great time doing zumba with RJ fitness! The teacher was encouraging and kept class moving. Even a someone relatively new to zumba I was able to follow along fairly easily.

Instruction was really good and class was fun but class size was too big. There was hardly any room to move around!

Would love to have more Zumba Gold classes available at other locations and days. Rachelle is a great instructor, very encouraging.and makes sure to talk to everyone personally.

At RJ Fitness, founder Rachelle approaches fitness as a collective task, leading intensive group workouts that get her clients to exercise harder and push themselves further than they would on their own.
