After finally getting this scheduled, they left a notice on my front door the service was completed. I never did see or get to speak with rep performing service (as I requested). My mosquito problem continued with no improvement. Not sure if anything was actually was done. After several days, I reached back out to them 3 times to attempt to resolve my issue but never got any response back! Not cool! Very sad customer focus, not caring for quality!

The best tip I have is do not purchase. I purchased on 7/31, immediately made an appt for 10/9. Our daughter's wedding was planned for 10/12 in our backyard. I called to confirm my appt. a few days prior to 10/9, all was good, they would call prior to coming out, but it would not be at 9am as previously requested - this should have been my first clue! I called again the afternoon of 10/9, as no one had shown up. No answer. I called multiple times, left message. Called again and emailed on 10/10, no answer, no response. Come Monday - wedding day - no one calls me, no one emails me, no one comes out to spray. Seriously, the Tuesday after the wedding, a tech calls and says he will be out in 1/2 hour. Explained everything to him, told him not to bother. Very polite young man, said he would call his office and let them know (again). It's 10/15, I still have received no call from their office. Don't bother with this company!
