Went out of the way to do a quick look over on my car

This place did not do an oil change on my car! I left , okay car feels the same (as if no oil change was done. ) my Rpm’s was hitting 7 when accelerating. Then within five minutes all my brake sensors were showing that there was something wrong with my brakes. When I was there, they were persistent on making sure I get my brakes done and that I was gonna lose the discount if I don’t, I said no. From this moment on my sensors are still on and it’s been two months later. I only went to this location as it was near my new house. This is the worst service I’ve ever had done in the 36 years of my life.! I received an oil change today such a difference on my car as it normally should have been except this one incident! I will never go here again and I’m gonna write a review on Groupon yelp Google everywhere! How can you guys take advantage of paying customers?!

I purchased the Groupon for two oil changes, but the pricing ended up being misleading. When I arrived, I was told there was an additional $7.50 “labor” charge per car, along with other miscellaneous fees that were not clearly explained beforehand. By the end of the visit, I ended up paying an extra $46 on top of the Groupon price. I also called ahead to schedule an appointment and was told the oil change would take about 45 minutes. However, I ended up waiting close to two hours for the service to be completed. The staff was okay, but the unexpected fees and long wait time made the experience frustrating. I would recommend being prepared for additional charges and a longer wait than what may be quoted.

I happened into a busy day. Staff was friendly even when juggling many tasks. Overall I am pleased with the service.
