I really liked the pre-session phone calls from the manager and trainer assigned to me. I just got home from the first session. It was strenuous but not brutal. Enrico was focused on my current fitness level, and adjusted my initial workout for the best results. I look forward to next weeks' sessions

Very bitter experience .. 5 session they count 2 session in first meeting 30 min measuring stats and then 30 min exercise I activated 2 nd July and now they say 45 days over I can’t give more session .. rude unethical
