Highly recommended. Friendly environment, easy transaction, no gimmicks. Took about 2-3 hours since it does take time for the whole process. I chose to wait around so they tried their best to take care of it faster which I appreciated.

Unfortunately this will not be positive review. I made 2 different attempts to redeem my groupon and get my phone repaired and was unable to due so because of miscommunication/non organization on behalf of the vendor. Both instances I was advised to come in and both times the technician was unavailable to repair my phone. I was told that it would take 3-4 hours for repair not because of the process but because the technician was not at the location to repair it. If you purchased the Groupon make sure that you call them in advance and ask as many questions as possible before going to redeem your Groupon.
