What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We use Adaptive Resistance Exercise (ARX) machines which are the safest and most effective form of resistance training to-date for all ages and fitness levels. Utilizing motorized resistance instead of weights they provide efficient, measurable, Concentric and Eccentric Resistance training.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
With scheduled appointments for accountability and measurable computer feedback for personal competition against their previous workouts. We also provide recovery options like a Whole Body Vibration Plate and an Infrared Sauna to relax those muscles up to 3 times/week included in membership.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was looking for the most results from the smallest workout and found ARX (Adaptive Resistance Exercise). The Concentric and Eccentric resistance allows me to get a Full Body Workout in 20 minutes, Once a Week giving me more time for working on specific techniques and more time with my family.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing our Clients getting stronger and toned in shorter periods of time with more muscle recovery time for their body versus "over training". They also get to spend more quality time with their families.
