I came to get laser hair removal in august and received terrible results. First I bought a Brazilian groupon but when I got there I was told they only do bikini. The numbing cream did nothing and during treatment i no after care informational was given. I left the office in pain and 2 days later keloids formed (pic) it has been 3mons and i have trauma n scars. Called & emailed with no response.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. After years of getting laser removal this is by far the worst place I’ve ever went to. No one EVER answers the phones and I’ve called 10+ times and left multiple voicemails. I definitely am looking for a refund especially since i purchased a bigger package after my first session. DO NOT BUY.

The staff are very friendly. The laser machines are top notch and state of the art for VERY EFFECTIVE results compared to many other facilities that "offer the same procedure". I know this because I have been to them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
