The studio at Sumits Hot Yoga is heated to 100+ degrees to promote sweating, which in turn promotes detoxification. Yoga is low impact and moves with the body’s natural range of motion, which pairs with the heated room to improve cardiac health. But there are even more benefits to hot yoga, from increased clarity to better flexibility. Designed to rejuvenate the body and promote weigh loss and flexibility, the 80-minute classes accommodate students of all abilities while encouraging them to work at their own level.
