I only had my dryer vent cleaned out & the man was absolutely rude. I never owned my own home before let alone been responsible for hooking up a dryer to vent out. Apparently it had been way too long since the dryer had been cleaned & lint had backed up into the back of the dryer since it was not properly attached to the outside vent & since I could not go down to see what he was talking about I wasn't sure but He said my son needed to clean it out since it was a fire hazard I did not spend money to hire a professional that was going to then direct my child to do the job. He left shortly afterwards. That was 6 months ago & I am hiring a different service now to do this again.

It shows I redeemed this voucher on July 15th…….someone never came to my house! It was NOT redeemed! I would like my money back!
