All of the company's technicians are insured and have been rigorously screened prior to being hired to ensure that staff members are skilled, professional, and able to blast a stain to oblivion while riding on the back of a bucking lawnmower.

I was never able to get the services I pruchased. In fact, this groupon was never redeemed. They would never return calls and to this day I'm still hoping to get a refund. Beware!

I purchased three cleaning sessions, & it took months to actually get someone to respond to my calls. They finally made the first appointment & showed up. The second appointment was scheduled, & they never showed up, nor did anyone ever return my calls to reschedule. I paid for THREE cleanings & only received ONE. After several months of being ignored, I gave up trying! I DON'T recommend them because it's just impossible to get them on the phone & to get what you paid for!!!

Very poor experience, with dirty rags left in the sink, sticky floor, smeared bathroom shower door and microwave door, failing to vaccum rug in living room, not dusting the bottom shelf of the coffee table, not dusting other key areas, not making up the bed. I am single and live alone, and my small one-story home should have been easy to clean. My house also reeked of bleach and some type of cheap soap when I walked in the back door, and I couldn't get in through the garage because something was left up against the door. I am shocked sat how poor this service was.

Groupon was for 2 hours of cleaning; the 2 young men arrived at 10:15 and left at 11:30am. They did not dust anywhere in the house. I called the company to ask why they neglected to dust and was told that "they forgot". They did not offer to return and complete the job. I had purchased 2 Groupons for this service and was to call to schedule my 2nd appointment.
I left numerous messages but did not receive a call back. I finally got in touch with the office machine and the recorded message informed me the business had been sold! The new company, Pocket Change Services, has an answering machine that says " we're sorry, there is no one to take your call. Please call again later." Very professional business practices. At least Groupon refunded the unused coupon. Stay clear of these 2 businesses.
