My groupon had expired, but I knew the original cash value was still valid . So I explained it to the cashier, and she processed the sale without any issues ... smooth pleasant transaction w/ good prices and quality items to purchase.

The store employees were incapable of correctly processing my groupon. The manager only gave me a $30 credit. It was time consuming and annoying.
