About this Business

For Davide Bronzini, who grew up in Italy's Marche region, meals aren't just a way of getting nutrition—they're a chance to slow down, connect with loved ones, and enjoy life's sensory experiences. He worked as a server when he moved to Miami, and though his move proved rocky at first, things got considerably better when he fell in love with one of his customers. Her name was Sonya, and after their wedding, she helped support Davide's dreams of opening a restaurant.
Drawing strength from his network of family and friends—even those across the Atlantic—Davide opened Cavatappi Cibo & Vino to rapturous applause. The restaurant's airy, window-walled environment forms a fresh palette on which gourmet cuisine sings. Dishes include Maine lobster ravioli, prime Angus rib eye with arugula and parmesan, and sushi tartare painted with toasted sesame oil.
