Once a licensed athletic trainer at the University of North Texas, Laura DePiazza calls on her corporeal expertise to assuage muscular tension with a spectrum of massage modalities. Before each treatment, she takes time to discuss issues with clients, whether they have questions about technique or mysterious pockets of tension. While she specializes in Swedish and sports massage, she also culls from several modalities during more targeted pro massage, which includes deep-tissue, myofascial, and trigger-point techniques, focusing on specific body parts if necessary. To customize each massage, Laura is also willing to collaborate with the client’s chiropractor and physician.
