No matter the fitness level or experience of their charges, the coaches of North Dallas CrossFit ask only that they give their all. Some of that comes from owner Darrell Taylor, an active triathelete, marathoner, and CrossFit coach. The crew of seven trainers have a combined 18 years of experience in CrossFit. With the CrossFit system, workouts scale to individual abilities, ensuring everyone completes their routines and stays the course. Through a varied cross-training regimen, the instructors employ functional-movement exercises that ready classes for all physical activities and work all muscles for complete fitness. To promote ideal health, they also recommend a diet of greens, lean meat, nuts, and seeds while leaving out starch as much as possible and eliminating sugar. North Dallas CrossFit's corporate wellness and yoga program also helps incorporate physical fitness into the office, where many people spend a large portion of their week, and bolster morale as well.
