Extremely rude staff all around (from the top guy scheduling down to (some) of the instructors (saw one instructor yell at a female student, making her cry). overall coupon redemption process is complicated, they are shady and make you buy additional things to use your Groupon. Biggest gripe; you are pre-paying for 4 dive lessons with Groupon voucher, but if they decide that you need private lessons, they make you pay $150 per private lessons, without refunding for the group lessons your already paid for, with the Groupon voucher. Shady business practices, charging for services upfront that they decide upon themselves whether to deny you that service. Overall, these guys are extremely rude, condescending, super money-grabbing greedy and downright shady/sneaky organization. Stay far away from them.

The instructors are knowledgeable and patient.

I'm not sure this Groupon is much of a discount. Before taking the class, it's necessary to buy $200 learning material, which teaches you the fundamentals of SCUBA. You cannot use this Groupon until you've bought the material and taken a test. A bit of a bait and switch.
