I used the two bike coupon to get work done on my road bike and commuter. It took two weeks of calling to get any response, and he stood me up twice during regular hours when he had specifically told me to come in. No explanation. When they were returned, the brakes were not connected on either bike AND the handle bars were disconnected from the fork on my commuter. I don't understand how this is still in business. Terrible service and sloppy workmanship.

We had to make an appointment to drop off the bikes since this is not a retail shop. A week later my back tire is flat..I hope it just needs air
